About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Dental Assistant to join our team at Dr. Seema Steffens Dentistry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide high-quality patient care and education, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Expose and mount diagnostic-quality intraoral X-rays to support accurate diagnoses.
  • Maintain a well-organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Perform reception duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks.

Requirements
  • Graduation from a certified dental assistant program, including HARP certification.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with our team.
  • Availability to work evenings and 2 Saturdays per month.
