About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Dental Assistant to join our team at Dr. Seema Steffens Dentistry in Mississauga. As a key member of our dental family, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our growing dental office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists with various procedures, including impressions, x-rays, and crown/bridge work.
  • Perform sterilization and instrument reprocessing tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, dentists, and other team members.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless patient care and a positive office experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • HARP Certification.
  • Dental Assisting experience.
  • Sterilization / Instrument Reprocessing experience.
  • Ability to work some evenings during the week.
  • Independent, dedicated, committed, and caring individual with excellent communication skills.
