Maintenance Worker

At Mahusay Cleaning Services, we are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to join our team.

About the Job

We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 per year, paid by the hour at a rate of $17.50 per hour based on 30-40 hours per week.

This is a permanent position with opportunities for overtime, making it an excellent choice for those who want stability and growth in their careers.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, including:

  • Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors
  • Dusting furniture
  • Vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Picking up debris and emptying trash containers

The ideal candidate will have excellent physical stamina and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands

The job requires standing for extended periods, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs). The ability to work under pressure and attention to detail are essential skills for this role.
