About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Max/Pro Tax Inc. as a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs, allocating resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Departmental Management: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to middle managers, directors, and other executive staff.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, delegating representatives as needed.
  • Recruitment: Select and appoint middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimal working conditions.
  • Event Management: Oversee events and ensure their successful execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent interpersonal skills, efficient communication, and strong judgment.
