About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Bakery Supervisor to join our team at Kinhao Sushi Asian Cuisine. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery.

Job Summary

The Bakery Supervisor will supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff, ensuring that all baked goods meet established standards. You will be responsible for maintaining and ordering supplies, managing inventory, and overseeing sales and merchandising of baked goods. In addition, you will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain and order supplies to ensure that we have adequate stock levels
  • Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods to maximize revenue and growth
  • Ensure that all baked goods meet established standards for quality and presentation
  • Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock turnover
Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures
Working Conditions and Physical Demands

This is a full-time position requiring regular working hours of 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
