Product Director

We are looking for a Product Director to lead a high-performing team of product managers and user experience designers. You will play a crucial role in championing Amilia's culture and driving operational excellence within our product development teams. Your comprehensive understanding of our product will guide important investment decisions to meet market needs and align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Synchronize product activities across departments to ensure alignment of short to mid-term roadmaps.
- Refine, communicate, and promote processes to optimize the value of our product innovations.
- Collaborate with product marketing on launch activities and support front-line employees in business problem research and communication of ongoing and planned investments.
- Provide product managers with visibility on business objectives, time-sensitive, and committed investments.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers and related roles, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and improvement.
- Analyze data in specialized tools to identify trends, opportunities for investments, and validate hypotheses.
- 8+ years in the software industry with 5+ years in SaaS products.
- 5+ years in product management.
- 5+ years managing teams.
- Trained in Scrum, Lean, and Pragmatic Marketing.
- Fluent in user experience design principles.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Adaptable to change with strong leadership and people skills.
- Committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
- Proven track record of successful product delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
