  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of food products using established recipes and cooking techniques.
    • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain high standards of food safety and quality by following Alberta Health Services guidelines and established cleaning and sanitization practices.
    • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.



Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent is required. The ability to lift food, supplies, and equipment up to 46lbs and to push/pull meal carts up to 250lbs is necessary. Food Sanitation and Hygiene Certificate or equivalent is required.
