About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at 4452750 Nova Scotia Limited Cheese Curds and Habaneros. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest standards.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, taking into account their specific needs and requirements.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standards.

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring that they are always clean and well-maintained.
  • Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Work Environment

As a Culinary Specialist at 4452750 Nova Scotia Limited Cheese Curds and Habaneros, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and preparing high-quality food. Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
