Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Whitecourt Wendys. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to our food service staff, focusing on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, setting a positive tone for our food service team and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Ensure Quality Control: Regularly inspect food and service to ensure that they meet our high standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Prepare Reports and Budgets: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including budget and cost estimates.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Certifications: First Aid Certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
