We are currently seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Physiotherapy Bridgewater. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve optimal health outcomes.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical reasoning. You will work collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans that cater to diverse client needs.
- Evaluate client progress regularly and drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate efficient care coordination.
- Maintain accurate records using e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a caseload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Foster excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
- Pursue ongoing learning, mentorship, and skills development to stay current in the field.

Requirements:
- Graduate in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
- Registration in good standing with the Nova Scotia Physiotherapy Association.
- Experience working in outpatient rehabilitation settings is an asset.
