Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2443446 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
- Order Merchandise: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise, maintaining a well-stocked store.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage employee schedules to meet business needs, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service, promoting products and driving sales growth through effective sales techniques.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive store environment.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate inventory levels, managing stockroom organization and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Retail business.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
