About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Development Specialist to join our team in Saskatoon, SK. As a key member of our Technical Services department, you will play a crucial role in supporting growth, efficient deployment, and productivity of resources through the development of an effective induction program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement an effective induction program, including gap assessments, training frameworks, and learning resources.
  • Develop and deliver a delivery model toolkit, including process maps and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to synthesize information into concise and meaningful insights and/or visualization.
Requirements
  • Excellent writing skills, with experience in technical documentation an asset.
  • Experience with process mapping, facilitating workshops, and eliciting requirements.
  • Ability to create a work plan to achieve objectives and execute against that plan.
  • Project management or construction background an asset.
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodology, adult education, and creative training approaches.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient digital literacy.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools, including Sharepoint administration and Miro.
  • Experience creating training content using Camtasia or other tools.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
