Retail Department Manager, Inventory and Sales

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and oversee inventory and sales performance within the department.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and inventory strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and inventory goals.
  • Coordinate and manage purchases, stock levels, and price lists in accordance with established standards.
  • Monitor and control department budgets to ensure business readiness.

Requirements:



  • 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a management role.
  • High school diploma or college degree and proven management experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
