Deafblind Ontario Services is a leading organization supporting individuals who are deafblind, Deaf, hard of hearing, and non-verbal with a developmental disability.
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annumThis role involves coordinating job postings, regional job fairs, resume collection and screening, interview arrangements, reference checks, and offer letters. You will work closely with the Community Engagement Managers to develop recruitment strategies and source qualified candidates.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field and 3-6 years of experience in recruitment. They should possess strong knowledge of recruitment and selection strategies, employment legislation, and excellent communication skills.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's needs;
- Maintain relationships with community partners to source candidates;
- Provide HR metrics to management to assist in workforce planning;
- Manage Canada Summer Jobs funding applications and compliance documents;
- Coordinate volunteer and placement student recruitment and onboarding;
