We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Financial Specialist to join our team at Recruitment Partners. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, verifying financial data, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and Verify Invoices: Review and verify invoice headers, coding, and approval limits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage Payment Requests: Process manual payment requests and ensure timely payment to vendors.
  • Financial Data Management: Verify and manage corporate credit cards, vendor accounts, and accounts payable sub-ledger for specific vendors.
  • Research and Resolve Discrepancies: Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and correspond with vendors to resolve issues.
  • Vendor Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor information and perform regular vendor audits.
Requirements:
  • 3+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in accounts payable and financial transaction processing.
  • Qbyte FM and Open Invoice: Proficiency in Qbyte FM and Open Invoice software is an asset.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions and data management.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
