Job Title: Program Assistant III: Hearing Healthcare Services

Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Program Assistant III: Hearing Healthcare Services to join our team. As a key member of our Hearing Healthcare Team, you will provide support to all levels of management, including the Manager, Hearing Healthcare Operations, and Director, related to service deliveries and administrative support to Speech Language Pathology (SLP) and Audiology (AUD) provincially.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Hearing Healthcare Team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist with the coordination of service deliveries, including scheduling appointments and managing waitlists.
  • Support the development and implementation of programs and services, including program planning, evaluation, and quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information and resources.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Humanities, Health Sciences, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years' related work experience, preferably in a social service agency.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Internet, and Database applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • A sense of urgency and ability to handle a pressurized environment and manage a varied workload with competing priorities and deadlines.
