A Day in the Life

As a Clinic Services Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting patients through the process of applying for third-party funding
  • Verifying insurance coverage and assisting clients with insurance claims
  • Maintaining client records and ensuring confidentiality
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patients
What We're Looking For
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or retail sector
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in other languages is an asset
  • Professional and personable individual with the ability to build trust with patients
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Technical skills and ability to quickly learn various systems and applications
