Career Opportunity

We are seeking an LP8/LP7R Commissioning & Start-up Analyzer Lead to support large scale capital projects at our Fort Saskatchewan site in Alberta, Canada. This role will involve commissioning and start-up of Process Analytical Measurement Centers (PAMC), Analytical Free Standing Enclosures (AFSE) and Analyzer Free Standing Racks (AFSR).

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development of Analyzer Commissioning and Start-up Procedures & Binder.
  2. Support Maintenance representatives for Spare Part Interchangeability Record (SPIR) review for Analyzer MST and setup stocking quantity aligning with ERS and site requirements.
  3. Review of Analyzer Equipment Protection Plan and participate in field audit throughout construction phase.
  4. Develop the Predictive & Preventative Maintenance Program (PPM) for Analyzer equipment.
  5. Collaborate with Reliability Engineer for Equipment Reliability Strategy implementation.
  6. Support in setting up C&SU database in Provenience for Analyzer.
  7. Work with Maintenance representatives to setup plan for Analyzer C&SU resources.
  8. Lead Analyzer equipment commissioning activities.
  9. Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for PAMC, AFSE and AFSR.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Journeyperson Certificate or Red Seal Designation in Instrumentation.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (i.e. apprenticeships, journeyman, maintenance, manufacturing or related).
  • Will be able to travel up to 25% (domestically & internationally).
  • Ability to safely work in a plant environment, meet physical demands, work at elevated heights, and comfortably use PPE and safety equipment.
