Job Title: Live-in Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Live-in Caregiver to join our team at Harjinder Singh. As a Live-in Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Encourage clients to engage in regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical health.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and clean environment for clients.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, ensuring clients have access to essential items.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
Work Setting:

Our Live-in Caregivers work in the clients' homes, providing one-on-one care and support. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek.

Language:

The primary language spoken in this role is English.
