Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team at FreshCo. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient-centered care, exceeding patient expectations, and contributing to the overall success of our pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, empathetic, and compassionate care to patients, prioritizing their needs and concerns.
- Offer patient counseling and education on new therapies, tailoring to individual needs and literacy levels.
- Initiate care plans, follow up, and complete proper documentation.
- Participate in professional programs and collaborate with colleagues to provide excellence in health and wellness services.
- Ensure seamless care and a consistent pharmacy experience across locations.
- Prioritize technical functions to Pharmacy Registered Technicians and Assistants as required.
- Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy practice, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Licensed Pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility.
- Injection and First Aid Certification.
- Kroll software experience is preferred.
