We are seeking a skilled Chemical Process Analyst to join our team at Kingston Process Metallurgy Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting tests and analysis using various physical and chemical separation techniques, maintaining laboratory equipment, and operating laboratory apparatus.



Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct tests and analysis using chromatography, spectroscopy, and other physical and chemical separation techniques
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper operation
  • Operate laboratory apparatus and set up chemical experiments, tests, and analyses
  • Compile records for analytical studies
  • Assist in set up and conduction of chemical experiments
  • Use techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, physical and chemical separation techniques, and microscopy


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with laboratory equipment and techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
