We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team at Launchpad, a people-first technology company. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop full-stack applications using Microsoft technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Work closely with front-end and back-end developers to create seamless, scalable, and secure applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain the quality of the codebase.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies (e.g.,.NET, C#, SQL Server).
  • Experience with back-end development, including API design and database management.
  • Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Azure, is a plus.
