About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the restaurant meets high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Monitor and maintain the exterior of the restaurant, including enclosures, parking lot layout, and trash cans.
  • Ensure the dining room, hallways, floors, ceilings, and equipment are clean and in good working order.
  • Clean windows and window frames, and maintain the cleanliness of washrooms, including mirrors, countertops, toilets, urinals, and sinks.
  • Keep warehouse areas, washrooms, locker rooms, crew rooms, and management team office clean and organized.
  • Use and maintain safety equipment, and handle chemicals properly.
  • Take care of equipment and products to ensure they are in good working order.

Requirements

  • Be a responsible and diligent individual who can work independently.
  • Have excellent teamwork skills and be able to work collaboratively with others.
  • Be able to work a regular schedule of 35-40 hours per week.
