Compass Group Canada is a leading provider of integrated facilities management services to the business and industry sector. As a Project Manager - Capital Projects, you will play a key role in delivering successful capital projects that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee project schedules and milestones, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Manage design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with approved business plans and contractual agreements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, municipality officials, and clients to ensure project delivery on time and on budget.
  • Issue regular status reports and resolve material issues that affect project delivery.
  • Manage project dependencies and develop contingency plans as necessary.

Requirements:

  • University degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, architecture, or project management.
  • 1-4 years of experience delivering engineering and construction projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex capital projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Smartsheet, and Visio programs.
