Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our dynamic team at Silver Hotel Group. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact at night and will be responsible for acting as a Front Desk Agent, balancing accounts from shifts, and assisting hotel guests with requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests, welcoming and greeting them, and executing check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Answer guest inquiries and provide assistance in a professional manner, answering all incoming phone calls and processing new reservations.
  • Accurately follow all cash handling procedures, adhering to all department and Company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure guest security by proper handling of guest room keys and personal information, administering all night audit functions.
  • Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, ensuring that all daily transactions are reconciled and accounted for in accordance with set policies and procedures.
  • Maintain files and reset the system for the next day of operations, following up on guest requests and resolving problems promptly.

Requirements

  • Possess a passion for customer service, being enthusiastic, detail-oriented, computer literate, and a fast learner.
  • Be organized and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, proficient in using a computer, with good knowledge of Excel and basic accounting principles.
  • Have excellent communications skills, written and oral, and be able to work well under pressure in a changing environment.
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision, stand for an 8-hour shift, and be flexible to work evenings and overnights, including weekends and holidays.
