Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team at Moreal Technology. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate user feedback and identify areas for improvement in our software products;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing strategies and plans;
  • Analyze test results and provide recommendations for process improvements;
  • Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and other documentation to ensure consistent testing practices;
  • Identify and report defects or issues found during testing;
  • Work closely with development teams to reproduce and resolve defects in a timely manner;
  • Design and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate software functionality and performance;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software QA;
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior QA engineers and other team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in software QA engineering with a strong background in testing methodologies and tools;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git;
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium and Appium;
  • Experience with SQL databases and query languages like MySQL;
  • Proficiency in Python programming language.
