- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and customer service management, preferably in the Steel & Metals industry.
- Proven record in meeting sales targets and driving team success.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
