We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Representative Bilingual to join our team at Randstad. As a Senior Customer Service Representative Bilingual, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Fluency in English and French (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
