Alcohol Compliance Specialist

Position Overview:
This part-time seasonal position is available at our Budweiser Stage location in Toronto, Ontario. Employment will last until mid to late October, with varying weekly hours. Shifts are usually in the evenings, with a few full-day events scheduled.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the serving of alcohol by our team.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service guidelines are followed, adhering to AGCO and Federal, Provincial, and Municipal Laws, as well as our company standards.
- Monitor points of egress to prevent alcohol from leaving the premises.
- Communicate responsible alcohol service policies to guests and staff.
- Support staff with alcohol-related guest issues, including stopping service.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous supervising experience is required.
- A valid Smart Serve certification is necessary.
- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends is required.
