About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at McAsphalt. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a national HR strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to our President and Senior Management team
  • Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and systems to drive business results
  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive workforce planning strategy
  • Collaborate with Colas Canada to develop and implement HR initiatives that support our business objectives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to our HR team members
  • Represent McAsphalt at national and global levels as part of the Colas and Bouygues banners
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
  • Well-versed in change management methodologies and able to institute best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to create partnerships and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee engagement
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • CHRL certification an asset
  • Fluency in French an asset
