About the Role

McAsphalt is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead the development and execution of a national HR strategy. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will provide strategic guidance and counsel to the President and Senior Management team. This is a unique opportunity to drive transformational change and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's business objectives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement talent management strategies
  • Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees at all levels
  • Represent McAsphalt at national and global levels as part of the Colas and Bouygues banners
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies
  • CHRL certification an asset
  • Fluency in French an asset
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and employees at all levels
  • Experience in change management and organizational development
