Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Research and Development Manager to join our team at E. Hofmann Plastics, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of new products and processes, as well as overseeing the manufacture of existing products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of new products and processes, including design, testing, and implementation.
  • Oversee the manufacture of existing products, including quality control and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement budgets and cost estimates for new product development and process improvements.
  • Design and develop tools, moulds, jigs, and fixtures to support product development and manufacturing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business.
  • 5+ years of experience in research and development, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
