About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Truck Sales Specialist to join our team at Peterbilt Moncton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best possible solutions for their commercial vehicle needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing customers.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the needs of our customers, to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and share knowledge and best practices with the sales team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the commercial vehicle industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
