Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Demostat Services. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including arranging seminars, conferences, and meetings, coordinating information flow, and recording meeting minutes.
  • Communication: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and communicate with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-organized and equipped.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
