Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Chillin' Buds. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions, handle cash, credit card, and debit payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in the display and maintenance of merchandise, including stocking shelves, facing products, and rotating inventory.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive business results.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer information.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
