Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Kiehl's Boutique. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering a best-in-class experience to our customers, while also driving sales results and upholding our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and develop customer relationships that result in repeat business
  • Provide product and brand image presentation while maintaining a neat and organized store
  • Meet individual sales goals established by management team
Requirements
  • Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be 18 years or older and able to work in a fast-paced environment
