Job Title: Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at ICW Immigration Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing policies, supervising staff, and administering programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans to promote economic growth and development in rural and urban areas.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people to ensure the successful implementation of business development initiatives.
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment, including developing venture capital sources and recruiting and hiring staff.
  • Provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals.
  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
  • Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts, or articles to support business development initiatives.
  • Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals to ensure they align with business development goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. They will be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
