Heavy Equipment Maintenance Manager

Hiring for a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team at Enviri Corporation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in managing heavy mobile equipment, static processing plants, locomotives, and gantry cranes.
About the Role- Lead the internal maintenance team, external vendors, and suppliers to ensure efficient work completion inline with mill schedules.
- Provide technical guidance for corrective and preventative maintenance activities.
- Ensure the correct tools and resources are available for the maintenance team.
- Management of short and long-term maintenance planning, completing planned activities efficiently within budget.
- Significant technical input and creation of scope of work for major repairs.
- Assisting maintenance workers and sub-contractors in performing diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Guidance and training to members of the maintenance crew.
- Post-secondary education in a related field or mechanic's license.
- 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in heavy mobile equipment, static processing plants, locomotives, and/or gantry cranes.
- Sound mechanical knowledge of medium and large wheel loaders, scraper tractors, diesel locomotives, gantry cranes, and material processing plants.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
