Dedicated Speech Language Therapist Wanted for Full-time Position

Willow Tree Speech and Language Therapy is a dynamic organization providing in-home, in-clinic, and virtual speech therapy services to clients across the Waterloo region. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a full-time basis.
About the RoleThis position offers a flexible schedule with a substantial caseload, allowing the successful candidate to work closely with kids and teens in a play-based approach to therapy. As an SLP with Willow Tree, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in neurodiversity affirming therapy, focusing on language, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), executive functioning, motor speech, and more.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable working in various settings, and have a passion for making a positive impact on individuals' lives. New graduates are encouraged to apply as we offer comprehensive support and mentorship opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality speech therapy services to clients in their homes, clinics, or virtually
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $75,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous compensation package, benefits include flexible scheduling, tuition reimbursement, and the opportunity to work from home.
Required Qualifications- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (preferred)
- Current registration with the relevant professional association
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
This position is based in-person, serving clients across the Waterloo region.
