At Esso Reddi Mart, we're seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery department, you'll be responsible for preparing dough for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. In this role, you'll also be responsible for operating machinery, drawing up production schedules, and inspecting kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities:

* Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders
* Bake mixed dough and batters
* Draw up production schedules
* Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
* Inspect kitchen and food service areas
* Operate machinery

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
* Ability to operate machinery and maintain a clean and safe work environment
