Job Title: Industrial Systems Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Systems Design Manager to join our team at NPA WorldWide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and managing industrial systems, including mechanical equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop technical specifications for industrial systems
  • Manage complete job sites for projects, including installation and commissioning
  • Provide after-sales support to systems already commissioned
  • Develop and maintain relationships with sales, service, and outside partners

Requirements:

  • Proficient in CAD and/or SolidWorks 2D (3D helpful but not required)
  • Experience in design of large industrial equipment and systems
  • Ability to produce detailed system layouts, including conveyors, pretreatment, paint booths, and ovens
  • General industrial field experience and/or installation/service experience with related equipment lines beneficial
