Job Title: System Designer/Project Manager

Trans-United Consultants Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled System Designer/Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex industrial systems and managing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop technical specifications for large industrial equipment and systems
  • Manage complete job sites for projects, including coordination with sales/service and outside partners
  • Provide after-sales support to systems already commissioned
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new systems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Proficient in CAD and/or SolidWorks 2D (3D helpful but not required)
  • Excellent English language skills - written and verbal
  • Ability to travel intermittently overnight to job sites throughout North America
  • Must be 'hands-on' in the field and able to lift in excess of 50 lbs on a regular basis
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mechanical Engineering degree or diploma and/or Millwright/Electrical/HVAC certifications
  • General Industrial Field experience and/or Installation/Service experience with related equipment lines
