We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1898487 ALBERTA LTD. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement menus, pricing, and promotions to meet customer demands.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in hospitality, food service, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
