Job Title: Manager, Savings & Retirement Marketing

At Equitable Life of Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Savings & Retirement team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to support our Savings & Retirement line of business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, distribution, and operational partners, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Create and maintain high-quality marketing materials, including training presentations, sales concepts, and product information.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with leadership and internal partners to ensure marketing efforts support organizational priorities and business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience in the financial services sector, with a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Creative mindset to devise innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
