Job Title: Manager, Savings & Retirement Marketing

At Equitable Life of Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Savings & Retirement Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and support our competitive position in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Distribution, and Operational partners, to drive marketing initiatives.
  • Create and maintain training material and presentations on products, sales concepts, and marketing opportunities to facilitate the training of producers, advisors, and MGAs.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging trends, competitive landscape, and bring new and innovative ideas to elevate our presence in the market.
  • Ensure adherence to website processes, content guidelines, accessibility requirements, and controls.
  • Continuously deliver exceptional material and experiences by evaluating key metrics across end-user experience.
  • Use data insights to make informed decisions and propose improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, specifically within the financial services sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical skills, communication skills, creativity, project management, and external presence.
