Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at North Asian Foods Convenience Store.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide advice on products and services.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and displaying merchandise.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales goals by promoting products and services to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
