Job Title: Information Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager to join our team at Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions and assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Resolve conflict situations and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
Requirements:
  • Associate Computing Professional (ACP) certification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Cloud, DevOps, ITIL, and programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in project implementation, IT service delivery, quality assurance, and cybersecurity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
