Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage Records and Reports: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Food Safety and Sanitation: Have a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures, and be able to ensure that these procedures are followed by staff at all times.
- Inventory Management: Have experience with inventory management, including estimating and managing inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to customers in a fast-paced environment.
