Project/Product Manager

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Project/Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic input for change and delivery of assigned capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement long-term strategic plans and change management processes to ensure all deliverables are addressed.
  • Collaborate with business partners to provide first-level strategic input and support the development of business cases for capability development.
  • Assist in building a business case for capability development, defining the rollout plan, and supporting ongoing sustainment models.
  • Develop portfolio dashboards, capability success metrics, and testimonials to measure the effectiveness of assigned capabilities.
  • Participate in the successful execution of the whole lifecycle of assigned key business capabilities, handling financial ownership and ongoing optimization and sustainment oversight.
  • Reduce costs and build capacity by identifying gaps and applying standard methodologies and advanced methods to implement improvements with process, products, and services.
  • Craft a positive, fair, and open work environment where the team can freely report business challenges and exchange knowledge to improve and achieve common goals.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 5 years of relevant work experience in software product management.
  • MS Office, analytical tools, and techniques, and project and risk management methodologies.
  • A dynamic individual with a positive attitude who can deliver projects and programs under moderate supervision in a demanding environment.
  • A self-motivator with excellent organizational and communications skills to prioritize and multi-task in a collaborative or independent setting.
  • Undergraduate degree with over 5 years of relevant work experience in software product management, project coordination, market scan, finance, and technology.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, analytical tools, and techniques, and project and risk management methodologies.
  • Good understanding of industry trends in digitization and automation space, software providers, and the factors that differentiate the organization.

Assignment Details:

Assignment Start Date: ASAP – 8 months to start.

Assignment Location: Toronto, ON – Work Hybrid.
