Cyber Security Program Lead/Project Manager

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Program Lead/Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Cyber Security Program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our Cyber Security Program, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the delivery of security solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring the protection of our clients' assets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring our Cyber Security Program remains cutting-edge.

Requirements:

  • University degree in engineering, business administration, information technology, or related disciplines.
  • 3+ years' experience in strategic planning and project management, with a focus on security solutions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' experience in the cybersecurity domain, with a focus on leading cybersecurity projects and programs.
  • Bilingual (French and English) an asset.
